Sales conditions and postal charges
Customers can pay by Dankort or with the following credit cards: Eurocard, Visa, or Mastercard.The Danish banking system guarantees 100% security against mis-use by third parties with these cards-thus protecting us all.
International money orders and bank cheques can also be used but take slightly longer to process. Credit card orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of banking confirmation.
Other forms of payment can take 7 days to process. We send all over the world using the normal postal services, by airmail or by United Parcel Services (UPS) .Unless an alternative is requested airmail will be used for orders outside mainland Europe.

The average weight of one packaged LP is 750 grams.
For Europe normal delivery is about 6 days. For the States and the rest of the world experience suggests it can take up to 20 days to receive your goods, although it seldom takes so long.
We cannot guarantee delivery if no insurance is paid, however we always have "Proof of Delivery" documentation in the event of postal irregularities.
Orders over US$30 may be sent registered/insured for an additional $5 in Europe or $7 for the rest of the world- upon request Full refund if you are not satisfied with the goods and the reason given can be accepted by us.
You have 14 days from receiving goods to inform us by e-mail of any problem. The responsibility to return the sent goods, in the same packaging if possible, and the costs involved are yours. You will then be credited and after approx. 30 days receive reembursement.

And don't worry we will not process your payment until the records are packed and ready for sending.
